As kimchi has become a major representative of fermented foods worldwide for health, and with the government promoting the globalization of Korean cuisine along with the globalization of kimchi, we are conducting various activities to standardize Korean food and cater to global tastes, while encouraging diverse variations of Korean cuisine.
